All stainless steel all-the-time. Individual components spent time on the lees, but with no malolactic fermentation. After alcoholic fermentation, instead the components were blended . After the original "four V" 17 Paso Robles varietals blend was completed, a small percentage of our own 2018 Paso Robles Malvasia Bianca was added for additional vibrancy and layers of flavor.
