Winemaking
This wine owes much of its complexity to unifying grapes from different notable villages within the region kept separate in the winery, allowing for tailored winemaking to enhance the unique characteristics of each parcel. During alcoholic fermentations, both punch-downs and pump-overs were used to ensure a balanced extraction of flavor, aromatics, structure and color in each lot. As a final blend unifying factor, six months in French oak allows the influences from the barrel to seamlessly mingle with the rich fruit and ripe tannins.

Why We Love It
A French Pinot To Fall For
This wine, a French Pinot Noir modeled after an extremely popular new world Pinot style, is a long time coming. Fruit for this was harvested in the Pays d'Oc—value central for French varietal wines, often referred to as the "California" or "Australia" of France, boasting a Mediterranean climate of hot, dry summers and cool, wet winters. The wine delivers color, structure, and depth seldom seen in Pinot Noir at this price, via a meticulous, proprietary blending then aging process.
