Medium-to-full bodied white wine
2018 Viognier was picked then fermented in two equal lots. One lot aged on-the-lees in stainless steel for additional color, feel, toasty aroma & flavor hints, and vif. The second lot was aged in oenotanks to smooth out any rough edges. 2017 Lodi Viognier went from rotary fermenters for additional fruit intensity to long-term stainless steel. This delivered additional maturity to the blend. The small 2018 Lodi Viognier component freshens the bottle blend. Final blend was assembled just prior to aging.
