17% Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Monterey County Merlot, 33% Paso Robles Syrah, and 33% Paso Robles Petite Sirah
Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from a trusted grower. Our own Merlot, Syrah & Petite Sirah; Syrah was hand-picked; each component underwent traditional red wine alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolactic fermentation & pressing; Merlot, Syrah & Petite Sirah aged a minimum of 6 months in oenotanks, Cabernet Sauvignon in neutral French & American oak. Blend assembled in time for bottling.
