Our Chilean winemaking has evolved towards all traditional red wine vinification: cold soaking, alcoholic fermentation with pump-overs plus manual cap punch downs. The lion's share of the Cabernet components were aged on their lees for six months in tank, in contact with French oak inner-staves, then aged in older French & American oak barrels.
