This is the 3rd or 4th iteration of Bailando that we have had since I have been a wine guide and it is hands down the best vintage! Smooth and fruity and just *chef kiss* perfect with so many different foods! My favorite pairing is simply a glass, but if you must add food, I think it's amazing with cheeses and charcuterie meats.
