A special process red wine where the grapes are left to dry on the vine and after a careful selection, are de-stemmed and pressed. The skins are left in contact with its indigenous yeasts for 20 days at a constant temperature of 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit—stainless-steel, no oak contact.
The amazing Abruzzo grower we work with was founded in 1964 as a seven-grower co-op and now has 600 partners, 450 wine growers and 150 olive growers! The winery has been certified organic for more than 25 years, well ahead of the curve. The grapes are also certified biodynamic and certified vegan—simply real, simply delish.
