Taste
Concentrated notes of blackberry and red fruits on nose and palate with tobacco, mocha and threads of vanilla woven in. Weighty yet silky with lovely tannins, earthy-berry-spice flavors and a lingering elegant finish.

Winemaking
One day cold-soaking, then in stainless-steel, malolactic after alcoholic fermentation and maceration. Finished with six months aging in neutral oak before rested in long-term stainless-steel tanks.

Amazing dark hue. Full body with all of the fruit I like in a red.
