Vibrant nose of white flowers and citrus. Ripe fruit flavors with a lean and crisp mouthfeel with notes of melon and peach as well as some spice. Mineral undertones and a lovely balance between weight and acidity.

100% Pinot Grigio from cooler Central Valley vineyards.

Lodi and Clarksburg California

Winemaking

Fruit was separately stainless-steel fermented and temperature controlled for a cooler, slower fermentation to better enhance aroma, flavor and body.

    I am not usually a white wine person. However, I loved the citrus notes in Bright Eyed Bird and especially so when paired with shrimp cocktail. Definitely a new favorite!
