Taste
Floral aromas with notes of black currant and cassis. On the palate, some black pepper, blackberry, smoke, mocha and tree bark. Balanced and well-structured with nice mouthfeel and extraction. Dark chocolate on the finish.

About 1 1/2 years total in oak with a blend of old and new French and American oak.
