What are Thrive coins and how are they calculated?
We use Thrive coins as an internal currency for Wine Guides to redeem Rewards (aka really great stuff). At the end of each month, you will be awarded coins based on Thrive Level achieved . The higher the Level, the more coins you earn. Remember, you must achieve a minimum of Silver to receive coins for your hard-earned points - so make it happen.
How can I view my coins?
It's easy. We keep your coins secure in a handy dandy Pocket, conveniently located on your Thrive Rewards page. View your coins in real time 24/7 and watch your Pocket grow. You can also view coins earned by month and view your Rewards history!
How do I redeem my coins for rewards?
We're so glad you asked. There are quite a few ways, and it's a really whole lot of fun. We have five Reward categories: Tasting Sets, Business Building, Logo wear, Experiences and Market. You decided how to reward yourself! Perhaps you'd like to treat yourself to some wine or stock up on business supplies. Or maybe you want to build your Pocket of coins to earn an exciting Experience. It's up to you. Simply select a category and we'll walk you through the rest. It's like choose your own adventure, but way better.
Do my coins expire?
Yes, they do- so listen up. Your coins expire July 31 each year (one month after the end of the Harvest Year). Make sure to use those coins to redeem your rewards- it would be so sad to lose them.
What are Thrive Experiences?
Thrive Experiences allow you to redeem your coins for something really special. Reward yourself with hotel vouchers, cruise certificates, and of course, the annual LUXX Getaway. As your Pocket of coins grows, new and exciting Experiences will be unlocked. Where will your Thrive coins take you?
How do Thrive Experience orders work?
When you place an order for a Thrive Experience, we’ll send you an email notification letting you know that your Experience is being processed. The email will also include a Thrive Rewards number for your records. Our Support Cheerleaders will reach out to you with additional information.
What's the deal with earning the LUXX Getaway?
Track your progress on the LUXX Getaway by selecting Experiences from your Thrive Rewards page. If you are eligible, a LUXX Getaway tracker will appear at the top of your screen. Please note that you MUST use your Thrive coins to redeem the LUXX Getaway – so make sure you are 100% sure you have earned the trip before you spend your coins elsewhere.
What is Thrive Market?
Market is a virtual (and super user friendly) shopping experience, powered by Rymax, where you can redeem your points for some really great stuff like designer handbags, brand name kitchen appliances, snazzy electronics and more. Note that the cost of normal shipping and handling and estimated taxes are included in the point cost for each item.
Can I return an item that I redeemed through Market/Rymax?
All Market Rewards redemptions are final. Items may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective, and must be returned within 15 days of delivery date through Rymax.
How soon will I receive my Market Reward?
Items are drop shipped to the address you provide within 4 weeks. If you have questions regarding your Market/Rymax order contact: 1-800-840-4733
I redeemed my Thrive Coins for a Tasting Set or Business Building Credit, what’s next?
The order will be processed by World Headquarters and be fulfilled as soon as possible. Tasting Set Certificates will appear in your Tasting Set Account. Business Building Credits will appear in your Thrive Promotional Account. Tasting Set credits and Business Building credits do not expire.
How long does it take to process a Tasting Set Certificate or Business Building Credit?
Once you successfully redeem your reward, it will take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your order has been received!
What can I use a Business Building Credit on?
Business Building Credits can be applied to Personal Orders and Supply Orders. And yes, your 20% Wine Guide discount still applies to your Personal Orders –that’s a super great value on our wine.
Is there a total number of Tasting Set Certificates I can redeem?
Yes, you can only redeem up to 4 Tasting Set Certificates per year and 12 max per lifetime.
Can I cash out the Tasting Set Certificate once I redeem it?
No, Tasting Set Certificates redeemed through Thrive cannot be cashed out.
What are Logo wear certificates?
Logo wear certificates allow you to place orders through our apparel vendor, TR Miller. Once you redeem a Logo wear certificate, we will email you a unique code to use in the TR Miller store. Simply apply the code during the checkout process against the balance of your order.
How do I return an item?
TR Miller items can be returned through their portal. Contact them for more information. Thrive Experience, Tasting Set Certificates and Business Building Credits cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final.
Does my Logo wear certificate expire?
Yes. Your Logo wear certificate expires exactly one year from the date of redemption. The expiration date is included in the email you will receive from us containing your unique code.
How do I report Thrive Rewards on my taxes?
The value of Rewards redeemed will be added to your 1099 tax form as a line item as part of your compensation.
