Sip Sustainably Grown Shiraz
We love the fact that the Hot Ticket grower's top executive is also the company's chief winemaker. Under his stewardship the grower is an approved member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia. They recycle vintage byproducts such as stalks and skins into fertilizer for their vineyards. They recycle liquid waste in a woodlot adjacent to the winery. The winery is converting to solar power, step one being?throughout the winery and offices. Many initiatives have been adopted to lower their carbon footprint from converting all lighting to LED through to using variable speed pumps.
