All temperature controlled stainless steel all the time, no oak contact. Our winemaker prefers there be a tiny amount of a different floral white with Alsatian-ancestry available to use as a blender so we blended a touch of Moscato, aka Muscat in Alsace.
Lazy might be misleading when describing this wine, because it is chock full of energy and freshness. But, after a few sips you will want to kick up your feet and enjoy the good life with a glass in hand. This is an affordable, slightly sweet sipper packed with pleasure.

Very Nice Riesling!
A beautiful wine from Washington State. Doesn't fall flat and isn't overly sweet. It does have a touch of sweetness at 12.1% alcohol...but it's a lovely sipping wine that also pairs well with food. A wonderful happy hour wine served with a nice cheddar cheese.

Too sweet
After reading the reviews I thought this would be a much dryer Riesling. If that is what you are expecting this is not for you! I had dry Rieslings this past summer I really enjoyed. This is too sweet for me.

A red wine drinkers favorite white wine!!
I love my red wines and have recently tried this new Lazy Lab Riesling. Fearing it would be too sweet and loving my reds, I was hesitant to try it. At the first sip, my mouth exploded with with flavorful pears and hints of other stone fruits! Wow! It has just a hint of sweetness that makes for a good sipping wine on the deck or by the pool.
