Brilliant, barely translucent garnet; light-to-medium body. Taffeta offers a muted nose of white flowers & slightly earthy, herbal red berries. Strawberry and blackberry flavors are supported by good, fresh acidity. Nice extraction of childhood fruit punch flavors—cherry, berries and a little plum.

Our Hammondsport, NY facility is world famous for bubbly, which is where we completed the winemaking process and also the first American facility in history who's sparkling wines earned awards in international competitions. We raised our semi-dry Italian base blend to the desired sweetness with our California mixed red wine component, all the while initiating the wines's spritz via a process learned in both Prosecco & the Napa Valley.
