Silver-to-pale-straw color; medium body. Nose of white flowers and melon over apple, fig and minerals notes. Vibrant & lively—good balance between the structural acidity and the fresh extracted fruit. Melon dominates the apple and fig with a nice weight and mouthfeel, made a little serious by a subtle mineral finish.
