La Screaming Goat Gewürztraminer

Coppery yellow; full body. A complex nose of white flowers and apricot over hints of nuts, banana, and caramel. Good acidity, weight, feel, balance, and extraction. Tastes as it smells then goes to more dry and spicy with a good length of flavors and length of finish. Apricot is followed by spice, with a subtle, lingering minerality, dried herbs precede the crisp finish.
