Pendeloque Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah

Garnet starting towards brick; medium body. Herbaceous, black earthy, slightly smoky, pristine "two component" nose of black currant/cassis and blackberry fruit, with hints of black pepper & graphite. Good weight and feel, along with good structure and lengths of flavors and finish. This is the very definition of an adventurous, elegant, affordable food wine.
