"Paso Robles Syrah was hand picked, sorted and de-stemmed. Shiraz and Petite Sirah were machine picked. After crush, cold soaking, alcoholic fermentation, extended maceration and malolactic fermentation, then pressing before aging seven months in oenotanks. Final blend assembled just prior to bottling. "
