Flavorful and crisp, easy sipper!
I had never had a wine made from the Pecorino grape until I tried this one and I'm so glad I did! It is very flavorful, crispy, not too dry and is delicious with sushi and light appetizers. Anyone who likes Viognier or Sauvignon Blanc will like Polpo Blu!

So delicious
It wasn’t too sweet and not too dry. It was absolutely smooth and the best white wine I’ve had.

Good if you like the taste of rubbing alcohol
Has a weird smell. Even chilled did not taste good. Tastes of rubbing alcohol.
