Day 1 was a BLAST! We kicked off the day with Wine Guides participating in a traditional Cherokee friendship dance. Our Chief Grape Stomper, Rick Libby gave his State of the Vineyard looking back on the past year, Wine Guide Nation accomplishments and looking forward into the next year with a few reveals. Then, we heard from Keynote speakers Lethia Owens and Mike Ganino where we learned about our personal superpower and took a company-wide selfie! Our very own Braden Wicks took the stage to give her keynote on purposeful improvement, inspiring all of us to be ourselves and maybe run a marathon? Finally, our Wine Guides and keynote speakers lead breakouts on everything from wine education to storytelling, and leadership for game changers. With all this learning and education, our favorite part about Harvest is - YOU! We love to see our Wine Guides shine. Stay tuned tomorrow for our full Day 2 recap as we wrap things up!
Harvest 2021 has officially kicked off! We're live in North Carolina AND virtual this year - celebrating our Wine Guides and watching them shine! We're so excited to share all things Harvest with you right here and on Facebook (@travelingvineyard) all weekend long.
