April 16th, 2018I hosted a wine tasting with Heather and I really enjoyed it. She taught us what to look for in a wine and how to pair certain cheeses with wine. It's amazing how different the wine tast after pairing. Heather was excellent, she was very knowledgeable. I would definitely go go another wine tasting party or even have another. I look forward to receiving my wine bottles.

The wine pairing with the cheese and chocolate was amazing and it really brought out the flavor of the wines we were tasting. As much as we all love California wines the Ingia from Portugal was the surprise winner of the night!

I learn something new each time I have a tasting or attend an event with Kirsten as the lead. I love learning about new pairings and seeing the new gadgets and trying some new wines.
