January 15th, 2018I invited several "girlfriends" from different parts of my life and we all came together to enjoy good food, wine and shared in a lot of fun and laughs during the evening! It is SO interesting to taste a wine, and then a food and have it taste so different. It is definitely a great learning process! Erin is a great consultant and very knowledgeable of the wines and pairings.

Molly Blanchfield did a good job explaining the wines and food pairings. We plan to have her back for a summer book discussion!

She only had 4 day notice and everything was so professional and fun. I had 20 people and they all enjoyed her.

Allison taught everyone some new facts regarding wine tasting and food pairings. There was lots of laughs and lots of wine and lots of fun had by everyone who attended! We were so happy we got the opportunity to host with Allison as our guide! :)
