Sam did a great show in spite of the somewhat rowdy group of teachers she had as students. She walked us through the qualities of the wines and helped us see the differences when paired well with foods. She was so patient with our silliness and still made it all fun. Great event.

October 15th, 2017It was fun to learn all the ways wine pairing works. I've gone to wine tastings but this is the first one where they gave more direction as to how to pair wine with food for yourself. Very enjoyable. I do wish shipping was less pricey, but it's understandable given the content.
