A very shareable wine. I prefer this chilled, and sometimes with fresh fruit in the glass or on the side. I don’t know much about using official wine words – but it is simply “yummy”.

Our Fissata Blonde is a frizzante wine, meaning that it is a gently sparkling wine with light and delicate effervescence. This style is ideally suited to the varietal it is made from, Moscato. Our latest Fissata Blonde has a base of Muscat of Alexandria that hails from South Africa. The result is a lightly sparkling wine that exudes notes of white flowers, mandarin orange, and juicy peach.
Fissata Blonde is delicious, semi-sweet and I love the fizz. It pairs well with key lime pie and Nilla Wafers! Plus the bottle is so beautiful!
